That is £17.50.per hr self employed no hols pay no stamp .

don't think £120 for self employed is good=£15 per hr VLLB.that was posted 10 ^hrs ago and no response yet only us talking about the rate mate.

That's the going rate for the area , if we were in London , we'd pay more if we got more , I've been employing scaffs all year an last year at £120

Busy times in this area that's why , I have 20 blokes on at moment , if I pay more it will cause uproar amongst them all , I was just trying to take someone on direct rather than use a agency

Pay them all more? Or put them on a bonus scheme as you are busy. More gets done everyones a winner.
