You only have to attend the course. You have to pass the final assessment. Until you have done that you are still a trainee.

I expect i could labour for you with my eyes shut and one hand tied behind my back!!

Honestly mate try not knocking some guys on here they prob have more experience in scaffolding that you will never have chill don't knock rates don't look good when employers look on here as they do often.

NO SCAFFOLD FIRM WOULD MAKE A TRAINEE A CHARGEHAND UNTIL YOU GOT A FULL BASIC OR ADVANCED.

THEN IT WILL DEPEND ON THE YEARS YOU BEEN AT IT.

BECAUSE IF ANTHING GOES WRONG ON SITE YOU GET DONE AND SO WILL THEM BIG TIME

14 pound an hour is ****!!!!

Roger.blue book for a basic is £14.32.bonus is different from site to site.£14 hr is a good wage compared to a £10 on civils.unless you live local it's not much good unless the hours are on and overtime is paid at the correct overtime.either way a lot of these lads on the forum have been in the game a long time.ive worked for charge hands who couldn't put a ring around a dining table,so chill out and just listen to what the lads are saying to you.
