Scaffold Supervisor / Inspection jobs?

Can anyone give any advice on the best way to apply for these jobs in countries like United Arab Emirates, Qatar etc. Any companies or agencys that might be looking in the near future.

Im Advanced Scaffolder and am about to do my Advanced Inspection ticket.....just lookin for a heads up.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
