Managing and supervising the delivery of training, you’ll achieve course objectives with candidates; carry out assessments to awarding body and national standards; ensure course material, equipment, training aids and documentation is available and up to date as well as supervising so that health, safety and welfare is managed accordingly.
With relevant experience as an Advanced Scaffolder, you’ll have applicable supervisory experience and ideally possess A Units. Demonstrating effective presentation skills and a competency in the use of IT software, it is expected you’ll achieve Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills (QTLS) within five years.
If you have the qualities to complement our existing instructors then we would like to hear from you. In return for your hard work and commitment, we offer a competitive salary, final salary pension and continuous development in the form of relevant training.
Although based at one site, it will be expected that you’ll work from other NCC sites from time to time so the ability to travel throughout the UK is essential.
