We are looking for a high-level scaffolding coordinator, able to manage our scaffolding subcontract (+ 15 mio €) at both a managerial/cost control and technical level.
He will be working on an innovative multi-fuel concept Power Plant based in The Netherlands. It has in excess of 1000MW output - utilising coal, gas and biomass.

Skills:
- Expert in scaffolding in accordance with Dutch Steigerrichtlijn
- Having enough weight to act as a the sole counterpart towards scaffolding subcontractor
- Good knowledge of scaffolding calculation tools, enabling to optimize costs


Further qualifications:
- VCA
- Fluency in English
- Good communication skills
- Able/willing to integrate in a multinational/multicultural team

Worth a try!!!

that may be the case, but its worth applying if it is of interest to a scaff, you dont get if you dont try, if you heard about it before xmas and the post is still open they must still be looking!!!!!!

The laws are pretty much the same anyway. All the scaffolding BS standards are now EN standards. The work at height regs in all member states are all derived from an old EEC directive from 2001. All EU H&S law has to conform to other directives too. Even the confined space stuff is being standardised.

Your W&H equipment is all standard as well as long as it is certified.

Unless, of course, you need a few lessons from Steve McClaren to help speak the language! :amuse:
