Hello everyone. I'm looking to find more info about TnC scaffolds. My father passed away a year ago and now I have fix up some houses that I inherited from him. In particular, it being two stories high, makes repair alot more difficult.

He was a general contractor who fixes and build things for residential people. So there's all sorts of tools laying around, of which I believe are a few TnC scaffold standards. I haven't been able to get into it because its all buried under wood material but I'm sure its just a few TnC scaffolds.

The soffits, fascia, and gutters need to be repaired in some areas. Even though I am very coordinated and fit, I will not get up there simply with a ladder and try to work magic. It is far too dangerous to do that much needed work at that height.

So my question is this, most of the scaffolds I've seen in the US, which is where I'm from, are not of TnC type, but the frame ones. However, because of limited spacing on the sides of the house, frame scaffolds is not possible on one of the houses. I need to get up to about 16-20ft in the air to work at the gutter level but I don't know how I would get the standards to that height. I would not be able to transport 20ft standards even if I found some for sale. But if I absolutely have to, I'll find a way.

I'm not looking to make a career out of scaffolding, but I do want to erect scaffolds that are safe enough for 1-2 jobs, without spending money I don't have. I just want enough scaffold to work at about 5-8ft horizontally.
