McDonald's sorry for MIDNIGHT construction work in Woking as scaffolders caught

I can't see why that had to done at the early hours ,
We as do many firms erect this type of work every day There is even a loading bay to park the lorry
 
Somebody has obviously overdone the risk assessment and the scaffs are not likely to refuse premium time.;)
