Hi All,

we have work for a scaffolder on xmas day and boxing day in central london.

Must hold LUL Lucas card and full CISRS card as per usual.

shift is 11 hours starting at 10am both days. rate is £45 per hour so £990 for the two days.

hello mate, myself and adam have our own agency now mate, hows things?
 
Exscuse my ignorance fella's,i was thinking thats a nice touch for a single fella who live's local to london,but as your an agency,how much would you exspect to clear of that 990?:unsure:
 
Its for tone at farrington tone pays 850 a shift, so 1700 for 2 days. Opppsss
 
Becoz its agency that tone needs coz they dont have enouth scaffloders for that job. Agency rip offffffffffffff as usual
 
Tone's 850 a shift is a little bit better than those robbing scouse ***** offering £30 an hour a couple of weeks ago!
 
Better then they are paying at HMP London Bridge... worst over Christmas rate ive seen is being offered there... and its PAYE!! Oh well, cant expect anymore from Palmers.
 
£320 a day (double-time @ £16 an hour)... plus an apparent stand down.
Though it might be a bit more... take your tax out and im almost certain its less then what Goldmills are offering.

Considering your suppost to get a Network Rail bonus too - pretty piss poor i say.
 
Is there work anywhere over Christmas that don't need a Lucus card?!

You only get the network rail bonus if you work Xmas day and Boxing Day, all other days are just paid at double time which is what it shoukd be.
The lads who are working Xmas and Boxing Day are get £350 bonus plus 12hrs at double time. So that's £350 plus £384 = £734 for a 12 hr shift, not too bad.
Plus 2 days in leiu
 
Good luck working for Tones, i tried getting on that job at Farringdon but Jonathan Arris who's in charge went all weird over the phone "don't know what your talking about mate you've got the wrong number" very strange!
 
that's not bad money, considering we're doing Xmas day, Boxing Day for £550 a shift..worked for key scaffold on surbiton at least 12 yrs ago and they were paying £750 a shift then..
