looking for a apprenticeship in tyne and wear

alright chaps.
ive been trying to find a apprenticeship for about 6 months now with no luck.
im 25 so hope that age isnt the problem. ive tried offering to work for free just to prove myself but still no luck.
any advice much appreciated.

think 25yrs old is maximum age for apprenticeships so not sure how you stand, you should go to bConstructive - Home Page register on there with citb then start phoning around if you get the green light from citb
