Looking for a 4x Gang for Tomorrow

I don't think 10% is too much.. seeing as we pay each guy weekly then only invoice the client after 6 weeks.. The cash flow involved is heavy!

8 guys on £19:50 an hour. 48 hours a week if they do Saturdays. That's £7488 a week we are paying out as an agency. If we bill every 6 weeks, that means we've paid the guys just under £45,000 out before we've billed the client.. Risky I'm sure you'll agree.

And where have you got 48+ outside?! Not even half that here :-/

I work for a trades agency, we deal with numerous trades inc scaffolding but never heard that before.

as already stated on leave from offshore,when out there im on nights so i could still be on the forum at 10 in the morning.
my name might be daftscaff but running a business on 10% just doesnt add up to me.
the 19.50 rate is very reasonable a lot better than the 13.50 on offer the other day:)
