You are specifically asking for a level 3 Advanced Scaffolder so how can the wage based on experience??? if you only want Advanced??:suspicious: you have got more chance of getting leprosy that a bloke for one day!!!
 
What about the OCA agreement dont agency's have to follow this ?
 
Well all the one trip wonders will jump at this so they can get two trips in lol
OCA agreement is not worth the paper it's rit on ... Some on day rates some on hours ?????
