Labourer needed Gatwick
JOIN THE PROFESSIONALS
HELP BUILD GATWICK AIRPORT
This job is to work at Gatwick Airport to perform labouring duties on a major project for up to 6 months. The successful candidate must have a CSCS card and have substantial experience of labouring on building sites.
This contract is working 07.00 - 17:00 (9.5 hours paid), Monday to Friday with occasional overtime on a Saturday (paid at time and a half). You will be assisting trades, performing site clearance, manual handling of deliveries of materials and removal of construction waste off site. There may be traffic marshalling and fire marshalling duties as well.
The successful candidate must have: a valid current CSCS card, photographic ID, be able to pass a basic criminal record check and security test, pass a drug & alcohol test, provide a recent proof of address, be able to pass a five year written reference check and substantial experience of working on site as a labourer within the construction industry. Previous experience of working at Gatwick is useful.
There is a no smoking policy on this site, as you will be operating near aviation fuel. There is free parking near Gatwick and access to site would be via a free bus service.
