I got the same problem phil - trouble is with trad offerring £170+ van the labour market is running dry up town, so the smaller companies like ourselves end up struggling & unable to grow

Trads only pay that sort of money to their top boys SP, I spoke with a Trads lad the other day part 2 scaffolder and he is £75 a day, mind you watching him work he wasn't worth any more then that.
Good scaffolders are a thing of the past and the ones that are about the firms would never let them go, I suppose I will have to open "The Zenith teaching Academy again " trouble with that is just when they start to be able to actually earn you a few quid they fu ck of somewhere else

Just heard the otherday that a m8 left anglewest for trad & thats the offer hes on. but Spot on phil about the trainning -i've done it myself now more times than i care to remember lol normally with no loyalty just fcuk off for a cpl of quid a day xtra

Do you know many of the Anglewest lads SP , i spent 3 years on there in the 80s they where always top payers with loads of overtime and weekends.

I dont think much as changed tbh they seem to have a lot on-personally never been on them but know a few of the Basingstoke boys that have been on wiv them a few years
