Boycott these like the plague. £11 an hour they were offering they put it up to £12 for advanced. Which is a disgrace as most company's round here are paying £14.50s. So lads if any of you take this you are going to be bringing down our regional average wage back to what we were being payed at the beginning of the recession. Do your self a favour an do all the lads a favour an tell them where to go an stick it, Thanks all
 
fed up with all these companies and agencies thinking part 2 and Advanced guys only worth 11 12 13ph they can all fcuk off
 
Good lads stick together that's what this sites about! If this agency wants to try and undercut everybody its not going to be at our expense.
Get with the programme Blow job! If you want to muscle in round here your going to have to buck up your ideas stop taking the mick out of us and put your wages up to our minimum!!!

Good to see the lads sticking together, its about time this was sorted. There should be part of this forum where a list is put up to name and shame the feckers.
 
yes but its right lads if dont stick together we will lose out no one else, reddwarth right 14.50 part 2 15.50 Advanced and even more if right job.i can see where some scafs have to take these low paying companies and gencies ******* jobs,cos having morgages kids loads pay back keep roof over there childrens heads.i can understand that,but what i dont understand,if dont have that problem why take the low paying ******* jobs,sorry lads we have to stick together get rid these ******* companies and agencies
 
If no one takes the work there will be a build up of work on site so the client will have no choice but to put wages up. So I'm sure all you people with kids and mortgages like the rest of us can hold out just a few days the benefits to you everyweek will be way more fruitful. If you take it your sending us all back 4 years and we will never get our wages back up to the 16 to 18 an hour like it was before the banks screwed us over. So stick together guys we've hit 14s 15s don't let it sink to 11s an 12s again
 
not just the banks mate,its the fcukers from abroad aswell,thats another reason our money is low.they send all there money home.
