our labourers are on more than your part 1, wouldn't graft all day for £7.50 like!!

Mitchells

I believe these jobs belong in the "Jobs Section" along with all the other insulting wages offered  Monkeys and peanuts comes to mind !!!!!!!!

You sure they aint typos mitchells ??

Naw he knows, he's taking the p*ss

and on the most viewed thread on the forum

"wages not the best prt 1/driver £7.50 pr hr self employed part/ 2 driver max £10 if your intrested "

did they not put a thread on here boasting about some business award they won just recently,no wonder they must have some profit margins they get the scaffolding done for pennies.
i also noticed that its self employed positions shame on yous

Ohh Mitchells..Mitchells..Mitchells...Mitchells...you just let yourselves down here.

if you dont like it dont apply
but how many monkeys say they are one thing and know nothing no pay rise till you prove you can do it

obviously good guys get better rates but then again if you ran a firm you'd know that

What do you expect? Take the praise take the knocks. The upside is its an opp for someone. Its hard out there..the monkeys are queing..

Mitchell, would you be chaffin at the bit to knock your pan out for that rate?,what if the newstart proves himself, will you put his wage up to £8

may go a bit further if he could do the job
could even get a pat on the back as well as a rise maybe even a gold star
seriously though the lads we have stay cos their wage reflects their quality and pay rises with their standard of work we want more staff cos we have more work but the kinda work we won is for min 2 years and the guys cant be all talk and no skill we lernt that the hard way and dont want to be caught like that again

On reflection of what you say continuous employment is as rare as rocking horse dung, wish you all the best in getting suitable candidate's in the very near future.

I know it's easy to throw stones Mitchells, but how much would you say you would be worth an hour on the tools?

£7.50/hr? £12.00/hr?

Just teasing but would be interested to see your answer :D

got to prove themselves!!for that wage gonna be inundated with to55ers,got to pay decent cash to get decent lads,in your opinion how long would they NEED to prove themselves,or would you say nothing and keep them as cheap as possible, for as long as possible....
