The guy on the bottom right does seem to be actually wearing a harness,unlike the one top left who seems to be employing the old tied round waist sweatshirt harness..

I love those protection fans. Having read a HSE report on objects fallings and breaking through even heavy duty t&f fitting fans... well you know where this is going.
