If any one could let me no.. Does your employer have to pay you full holiday pay? Or a percentage? Thanks lads

If full time then 28 days i believe

Hi Danny, there are plenty who will give you a definitive answer but how I do it is just pay the holiday's with the rest as it's easier than working it out and I remember when Moses was a boy and I worked for someone else that didn't use holiday credits being told you had to do a full year to be entitled to any holiday pay was a nightmare with the result being I didn't want or couldn't afford to take holidays especially in the early years, we should have moved on a lot since then. I think it's so many days off for so many weeks worked so depending on what you have done should dictate what you are paid and I think I'm right in saying 29 days is the minimum per year. Again I think it works out around 2-2.5 paid holidays per month.

Danny if the lads are on the books we pay 2.08 days per month over the 12 months which equates to 25 days holiday
