Good Morning- I am on my Partners login as he is a Scaff, and for years I have done his and all his mates/colleagues CVS I am a qualified Careers Adviser- see my Linked in uk.linkedin.com/pub/emma-bytheway/28/715/423/

I am starting a CV Service for Scaffolding Industry Specifically- I am more than familiar with the industry and it's recruitment requirements- as its all I ever hear off my chap ha ha, please can someone advise me which section to post in-
- or if it is OK to do this?

Any constructive help would be appreciated, I am not a corporate rip off set to charge the earth, you can see from the recommendations on my Linkedin of the experience I have. I will liaise with people over the phone and via net, whatever is easiest. I will always provide CV within agreed deadline as negotiated.

I can also assist in completing Application Forms- and also can provide informal Information and Advice on Disclosure of Convictions if required- as I have a long history of working with Offenders in Custody and Probation.

I will be posting a Payment Schedule when I get some feedback from the forum- that depending on if I am able to advertise the service on here! You may also contact me via Linkedin to discuss further.

Many thanks

Emma

Hi emma great post you might actually be worth ur weight in gold at somepoint to me as I'm looking to do nebosh at some point the general cert towards the spring/summer and might test the water with a few job applications

Now being a scaffolder has its advantages one being to get a job all I do is pick up a phone and say " alright mate looking for any blokes" and usually goes on from there but office terminalogy is perhaps a step too far lol roughly what sort of cost would I be looking at pls emma if you don't mind pm me if u would prefer thank you

This is so true hswt your name alone is your cv with long term experience you can have all the qualies under your belt which helps a little what most want see hard graft in a competent manner with no accidents

Welcome Emma, good luck,I don't think you will find much work on here though, scaffolders don't really need CVs,they just get a start,if they can do the job fine,if not they are down the road.
