Closed shop agreements are ILLEGAL,so only getting work if you are in the ECIA seems a con to me.What are anyone's veiws on this.Have you seen there terms and conditions!As well as a levy pay them 10p per man per hour and get regularly audited so you have to pay up.WTF!
Unions are in on it,how can they demand this when Closed shop agreements are BANNED,or am i missing something?
