TONE Scaffolding Services Limited requires a commercially astute individual to manage their Rail Division. Responsible for managing a portfolio of rail (and special project) contracts, you will be comfortable assisting with the tendering process, monitoring the progress of jobs and handling all contractual matters. Working primarily in the South East you will use your knowledge and experience of the industry to motivate the workforce, manage resources to deliver jobs on time and within budget. You will establish and ensure consistent health and safety standards across all jobs, ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and promote a safety-conscious culture. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong and effective working relationships with clients and increase the profile of the company. A full driving licence, good IT skills, a working knowledge of Layher and a willingness to travel are required.
