Our client is looking for an experienced scaffolding Contracts Manager to oversee multiple contracts across the London and south east region. They are specifically looking for a Contracts Manager who has an element of business development that has ready made contacts to win new business from the start
About the Client:
Our client is one of the leading access providers within the greater London area. They are a South East based contractor who pride themselves at always being able to deliver a safe and first rate scaffolding service and have won a golden award for the considerate contractor's scheme from the city of London authority. They have been around for over 20 years and have expanded through continuous on going investment
About the Role:
* Organizing and managing labour and sub-contractors
* Working closely with the scaffolding design & estimating departments
* Working multiple sites at any one time
* Managing contracts on time and within budget
* Calling upon existing clients to win new business
About the Candidate:
* Must have excellent man management skills
* Project Delivery experience is a must
* You MUST come from a specialist scaffolding contractor background
* Experienced within the commercial sector of scaffolding
* Great communicator and strong with paperwork
* MUST have ready made contacts to win new business
