CISRS Basic and Advanced Scaffolders needed

Scaffolders required for large 8 month contract near Holborn. CISRS basic and advanced needed preferably with Layher system training. Rates of pay starting at £120 for an 08.00 – 4.30pm shift.

Trad pay £120 a day starting for a basic scaffolder & £140 a day for an advanced scaffolder.
These rates are starting but obviously all rates are subject to review based on ability.
 
What would you pay a part 1 for carrying out complex indoor work in the Belvedere area?
 
Every scaffolder knows that your starting rate won't go up any time soon. A few weeks ago I was working with a part two who was on Trads a couple of years ago on £140 a shift. I was on a site at Northfleet for Kier which Trads had some of and the lads there were on more than that 7 years ago. Ridiculous that your using agencies and anything to avoid just paying the lads a decent rate. Just pay part twos £140, Advanced £160 at least to work in London and you would save yourselves loads of money advertising and time keep putting on here every few days
