Our Client, a large leading & specialized contracting company is looking to appoint a Chief Executive. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing an Industrial Access Scaffolding Company with onshore and offshore operations under strict environment, preferably in GCC countries.
Candidates with additional experience in managing industrial painting & insulation contract works will have an advantage.
Chief Executive Requirements
The candidate should have extensive experience in application of modern methods of professional management to business operations, in addition to in-depth project management skills.
•Relevant experience in successfully managing Industrial Scaffolding-Contracting Company from a top position.
•The candidate should have a Degree or similar qualifications in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Sound technical, professional and managerial capability involving, planning, motivating, organizing and control.
•Good communication (written and verbal), marketing and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities.
• Good commercial business acumen and risk management skills in relation to construction business.
• Analytical and ability to plan strategically.
• Previous experience of working in GCC countries is preferred
The challenges facing the position will be to upgrade company capability to take on and manage bigger and more complex contracts; identify diversification/specialization in certain business segments for future development; improve estimation, project execution and management processes.
