Band and plate

thumb screw then plate in weith podger against swing over or iw no chance lol if its not broke dont fix it .....that whay doubles and singles came they got there use's but crnt be cost efective to just have sets
 
I couldnt get on with b&p but the sgb boys could chuck em up back in the day.
