Nowt wrong with it ideal for a 16 yr old school leaver like al says i also used to get 29.50 a week that was 6 quid a day

as long as hes taught properly and doesnt get disheartened i think its a good chance for a young lad.

Its so hard too decide wat to pay,No man works the same though we all started some were in this game.If there are lads who want too get into our industry and £100 per week is what there worth, until he or she can work to a compitant standard thats when a wadge reveiw should be on the tabel.
With the times now of ACAS and the employee has so many rights which isnt a bad thing its so dificult getting the right employee or trainee.
Were do we start and were dose it end.
Can we stop chasing money its human nature weve trained men only to go to another company for £100 a day and a 12 hour day including travel, Ha i worked it out to be less than what he was getting paid with us you might say bad firm i say if your worth your money and more you should be paid it. Weve had lads put through to do there driving test we paid. they go as soon as there decent at there job, b4 there capable to do there part 1 trainee. Theres got to be some happy medium trust and dont take the micky with all staff and employers. I wish the goverment would help our industry and thats back to training.And a far better training system, Even b4 we go into the hse which do uck all.
If anyone is worth there money its a good man. And one thing ive learnt in my years your only as good as your men.
So how do we find the GREAT TRAINEE. And Any GOOD scaffolders.mmm any clues.
It would make a brilliant documentry the hunt for the right Scaffolding Trainee, anyone anyone from the BBC on here?

Can I just point out that Wages in general Around the north east are Fcukin Abysmal, so to get £100 a week at 16yrs as trainee is good. most people i talk to pay trainees £100 a week, and if you seen the quality of the youth of today coming thru, fcuk me their brains are still brand fcukin new still in the wrapper, the ones who actually managed to unwrap it dropped it an fcukin broken it, they are broken brained clueless and we should get £100 a week bonus for having to work with them .
