If you can, do a Gooooogle search for recruitment agencies in London, or even the UK and you'll have a good few come up and simply register with them.
They will let you know if theres any work available by phone or text usually.
Some names you could search for are: ATR Recruitment, On-Site, Pinnacle, ForeFront.
