anny lads working offshore from the southern sector

just got a start working for salamis offshore from the southern sector..
just wondering if there are any lads who are working from the southern sector know if you can still park at norwich airport for free if you show
your vantage card as we used to 6 years back ...cheers all
 
Alright mate.could you give us a bit of help.been trying to get offshore for ages now.Dont seem to get anywere been email salamis,rbg and cape every week and making phone calls.Did they phone you after sending cv in etc.
 
Parking is still free,as far as im aware,should get a good pi55 up in norwich,enjoy mate,keep an eye out for a mike Raine,excellent entertainment he will provide..

a start offshore seems to be the hardest thing to get these days..even more so if you have no experience...i have been out there for 6 yrs and have only managed to get a start...its pointless trying with cape as they have a list of scaffolders who they have paid off and they hardly have any work on having lost all there work apart from the bp contracts..i have been sending in my cv and ringing the other 2 almost every other day along with every one else..but the office at lowestoft rang me bk..send me your email and i will send you the contacts i have
at salamis you can get to talk to a fellow human, but rbg is great if you want to waste hrs being put through to a fcuking answer machine
 
If you are on a shell rig and keep your boarding pass for your return and then show this along with your vantage card you get free parking. I presume shell picks up the bill.

thanks for that fella .. we are going to the shell leman delta for a fun packed, all inclusive 3 weeker...lol
 
any info would be great for me aswell lads started mist today
