Just seen a job for an adv scaff in Leedss...£12 an hour... in canada we get union rate regardless of what job or company we work for..

we get $40 min an hour,$10 goes to pension, health care etc, so thats $30 an hour... thats £20 an hour.. this is basic without travel, holidays etc... shouldn't we have something like this in the UK ?? remember if you work for **** money the prices will be **** all the time. maybe NASC could get involved in ststing basic rates..lol....
 
Theres a recesson on cassie,some have no choice mate. Would be better for some if there was a national fixed rate.
 
Sign of the economic times. Too many people available to do the work brings wages down. The unions in UK are powerless.

Exactly the reason why so many people want to leave and go to other countries.Why struggle in the UK and spend your hard earned savings when you can live well for less elsewhere.
