It's evident that social media tends to focus on the negative aspects of scaffolding and construction work generally, primarily because incidents, accidents and examples of poor workmanship tend to generate more interest.
We're very aware that this doesn't always show the whole picture, with many instances of good practice and excellent scaffolding work going unnoticed. Our scaffold inspection and other site-based work provides daily examples of what is good about the industry and so, to buck the negativity trend, we're giving away a CISRS Scaffold Inspection Course.
All you need to do is to provide a photo of some work you've done that shows good workmanship, it can be a full scaffold or even a small part - anything that shows what good looks like! The winner will be selected by our judging panel. Closing date is Friday 06 May.
Entry is open to all and is not restricted to Scaffolders!
