Cape have a yard nxt to Harrietsham train station. wouldnt bother looking that way the residents always moaning bout the coming and going of the lorries and vans, they put complaints in left right and centre to the local authority. f**k me they have a high speed train that runs past there back gardens that makes more noise......

Its the next station up from there that yard was for rent
 
I had the yard next to marden train station for a few years
 
i only need enough for a small rack and halfback .
wonder what the going rate is down that way as relocating from surrey
may have to drive around and try find somewhere
 
Lots of old brickworks that way mate try core commercial
 
My old boss had a yard in East Farleigh, forge lane.plenty of outbuildings turning area room for rack etc..
Go through Tovil or via Wateringbury.
We moved yard 3 times in Maidstone due to housing development, your best bet is out of town,
