Work without break

Yesterday went to a job for kgk scaffolding the man (boss) turns up at 8:30 with the lorry (induction at 9) he asked me if I had breakfast cause apparently you've got to work from 8 till 16:00 with no break 😊 if you want one you've got to work extra. Should I report them to hse or right authority??? And which one???
 
adi,all you had to do is tell that low life that you are not a fukin slave!!!!! and we have laws in this country!!!! this aint fukin IRAQ!!!!!!!!!! WTF?????!! ......... was he a muslim?? i fukin new it!!!!!!!!

adi, wer not being funny. you was rite not to stay but in the future just man up and look that man rite tween the eyes and say....."I AINT NO PUNK BITCH"!!!! then you should be fine. good luck.
 
KGK needs a good reeming more's the pity for any fool working for them,bet that mug of a boss dosen't go all day just on a breakfast, back to the dark ages come's to mind.

Ha ha Adrian is your boss on a wind-up?
Not only a break-less day is tantamount to slave labour, but also counter-productive.
You need a break to re-fuel, a weakened scaffolding gang couldnt earn enough for themselves, yet alone a firm.

Breakfast ? Don't you you have that before you start work at 6.30 in the cafe , graft until about 11 then a good hour for lunch then graft until 3 and back to the yard to throw a bit of kit on for the morning ,
 
Agree about breakfast but as I mentioned there is no lunch at all. 2) he ain't my boss it was 1st day for that company.3) I ain't fresh from college I've been scaffolding for 9 odd years but 1 time came across that.4) asked the question not for someone to take a mik out of it but to teach that c...t a lesson.5) I looked him in the eyes and he'll remember me.😊 in the end thanx everyone for your replies. 👍
 
Breaks?Geez the folk of today,when I was a lad I used to get up at 4 to do the milk round,at 6 go do my paper round that finished just near the scaffold yard for 7 where I would load the wagon and go out and work til half 5,have a quick dripping sandwich then go do 6 hours darn pit.
 
no time for heroes who think working without a break is tough,most just sucking the bosses banger
