I wouldn't bother mate, i heard from that chancellor that there is going to be a lot or work coming up over here, especially with the economy as it is. Will be needing shore work in a big way, nation wide !:suspicious:

Im in New Zealand and its not much better here either and thats why we are coming back in september

Working for Brazier down in Dunedin and cant wait to get back to the uk thou as these Kiwi's cant scaffold . How did you find it and are you back now

Yeah I got back in may, I found wellington the same they didn't have a clue either but they don't like someone that does either. I worked 4 graham burke who is self proclaimed president of sarnz an he writes the rule books for over there an he said he just takes bits from english manuals and bits from suppliers
brochures and makes it up as he goes along, I did a simple temp roof for him an a massive block off flats but in each case he gets his engineer to come out cause he aint got a clue, an he don't listen to anybody under himhe'd rather pay for someone to tell him wa u just said. An that's the man that makes the rule books.
