hi lads can anyone tell me whats the going rate for a scaffolder/manager on an building site??:)
 
somewhere between 30 ann 55 depending on locale and package. Been looking into site supervisor jobs and they appear to be in same range almost as managers
 
I phoned them yesterday they want to pay £400 a week no digs and they want you to scaffold 2 days a week on there for 18 months,you might have to work weekends....lol....what a joke....self employed too
 
i was on £200 a day a few years ago,not a bad little number till somebody screwed it up for me,,,,thanks for that,,,,,
 
alrite phil i was gonna say the same thing i dont think 400 a week is f**k all for a site manager iv ran a few sites not many but a couple and i was getting 150/180 a day depending on what hrs and then 2 hrs pay on top making it 180 or 210 you get what u pay for in this game if you pay s*it u get s**t simple as

other duties mate and required to work some weekends....lol....

It can also work the other way by someone reading the short 3 month spell as supervisor as though you were not up to the job :(
