What would you pay for a yard on a farm??

Hopefully going to seal the deal on a yard on farm land, what price would people pay?? Close to motorway and can trust gear there.
 
Trust gear the gear crnt betrusted even if guarded lol u got planning to buil racks /cabin etc. If it all concreted out wagions and feilds dont mix, and to answer your question 2 acers for grazing round heres about 15 quid a horse 4 ... 60 quid for 2 acers a week ask him how much if he dose chrage for horses per acer and try and get that price or if your buying around here is around 7-9 grand an acer dont know what your land prices are round you look in tyo it marra
 
£1 per m2 per month

Usually farm land dont have B2 or B8 planning so only a matter of time till grassed up to council
 
You can pay anything between £200.00 to £600.00 per month, if you pay readies you will save the dreaded VAT and council rates, quiet a saving in some places
 
Obviously depending on size, access and amenities (if any?) I reckon it would fetch around £400 a month up this end.
