What is the minimum width of a working platform around a chimney?

im thinking 2 boards for inspection am i right?

thanks

State the minimum amount of boards a scaffolder is required to work from?

is it 3? every site ive been on its fully boarded but this is a question for part 2 paper.

Am thinking its fully boarded with the use of the step you dont need to clip on when on a fully boarded lift with single hand rail. Althow i know pre scaff step it was -1 off full working lift so if it was 5 you had to have 4 if it was 4 it was 3 this was to clip on to ledgers but with the use of the step theres no need lol maby confused you more but fek it lol ;)

Technically Marra you've still got to clip on when using the death trap

You can remove one board from the platform you are working on to give you access to the ledgers etc below you.
