Scaffolding is about putting up tube!!

When did it turn so bad.

Do not enjoy going into work anymore.

Did it for the crack!!

Working in the sunshine in shorts, knowing you were good at what you do.

Now no respect:(

No fun:D

No point:sick:

If we leave to the new guard there with be no experience left!!!:sad:

Is it not the same in every job now? As said many times it's the claim culture we live in. I have met loads of people that are more interested that your paper work is in order and either don't care if the job is right or wrong or don't know.
 
I would guess the reason most of us ended up in this game in the first place was because we didn't care too much for school and writing, and now look at us?
 
That's exactly why I did it, couldn't spell skifolder then i wis one.:cool:

I was talking to my accountant on Friday who just doesn't get that. He advised to invest more in all aspects of my firm. I know it may make me look like a red kneck but I could never understand why people set up in business at what ever they are good at then want to become managers. I was always a better scaffolder than any other activity, why would I want to become a fekin full time manager?

I resent not being allowed to wear shorts, patronising b*stards treating me like a f*cking child! Gunna kick off when it starts getting warmer. Guaranteed.

You're right it's just not fun, it's stressful going to work now.
