Thanks for all the replies yesterday. We have started a few lads, but still need more labour for long term work to the West of London.

Park Royal, Alperton, Slough and Northolt. All big new build contracts running for the next year or so.

Must have current CISRS registration and ticket. Drivers preferred but not essential. Good target day rates and top rates of pay for good scaffolders. Reliability and flexibility essential.

We are NOT an agency and all scaffolders are employed full time. Vans available for the right people.

Most of the lads are PAYE. We have got a few subbies but you need to be a true subbie in the eyes of HMRC. That means we cannot supply vans, PPE, tools or training, and you need to take all work on bulk prices. We give you a price for say a block of flats, and you invoice us and draw off it each week. You have to rectify any defective work free of charge, and it is better if you employ and pay others in your gang.

The majority of the work is new build concrete framed construction on sites. Mainly big blocks of flats. We have got some refurb work aswell if you prefer that.
