Webbing temp lifeline

Thinking about buying one of these to use when doing edge protection on industrial unit roofs, anybody else use them? Any good? Do you need training or a ticket to use one?

We've got 2 sets from spanset...good bit of kit & easy enough to use, no special traing needed but note thd infividual manufactures instructions reguarding weight limited & max amount of men you can attach, we also use it with a pair of jordan clamps for ease of fixing

Anybody know where I can by a 30 metre lifeline from? I can only find 20 metres,don't really want to spend over £200

We use them alot for doing roof handrails. set towers 20mts apart and connect your life line. you connect your harness to it without having to unclip your harness. wicked piece of kit..not heard of the 30mt ones, they might not give the same tention.

I can find a wire one but its in the USA, I reckon your right scaffy, prob max length 20m
