Avoid this agency like the plague boys. Under paying and not paying rates promised into the bank on the Friday.......absolute unprofessional scum bags

If you get offered work on the new forth crossing make sure you go direct with FCBC and make that agency collapse

Any idea what the rates are up there DB, as i've got family in north queensferry and it would be a good oportunity if the dough was right.
 
It's £11 an hour first 38houts and 1.5 after. Double time sunday......ONLY WITH FCBC agency have said they dont have to match the company's rates even tho there is a union site agreement????? First time I've heard that.

How do you agree rates with the agency, was it not in writing???
 
Rate 1 being time and a half being 1.2 and rate 2 being double time being 1.6 .... parasitic ripoff noncing stabwankers !:mad:
 
What is the rough wage per hour in scotland db?? Just curious mate and where in scotland is the bridge ie north, south cheers

Bridge is east coast mate....north queensferry to south queensferry about 5_10 mins from Edinburgh

Average hourly rate is say is blue book about £15 and then there's the street work which is rubbish 11-12 quid

This bridge should definitely be blue book agreement I would say. Think you have UCATT to thank for the rates

your right bear,it was blue book when I was on there for palmers never changed that I know of,thats Agencies for you.

This is the new forth crossing mate....but still a project of this size and stature should be blue book. There was other agencies bringing on foreign workers at low rates and the union steward done nothing about it...ridiculous
