Morning Copper,
I have mine made to measure by a company called Trade Magic (0121 270 8644) guy called Richard Hocknull, mention my name he will take care of you.

If you just want the standard version talk to Steve Whatley at Van Thiel (07920 060641) again mention my name Steve will take care of you
 
From memory Van Thiel were looking around £9 each for them

I emailed trademagic this morning, and they'd sent me a quote when i got back into the office.
