When i was on the tools i remember the supervisor saying to me i will back you up 100% as long as you tell me the truth and for me i had total respect for the guy, and i never took the piss but now i am the supervisor and i say this to my guys im not so sure they are being honest with me , are times changing or is it just me ?

The truth is all you can ask for, accidents do happen,so you can hold your hands up when something goes wrong, you need the lads to be honest,it's a right kick in the teeth when your argueing that the scaffs did'nt do anything, only to be confronted by witness's when you get to site:mad:

Trust know one and you will never be disappointed or feel let down.

I only trust my 'gut feeling' nowdays. There are some very convincing liars out there who can muck it up for everyone and dissapear when the s%!* hits the fan.

I am as happy as Larry with life you should try tell that to the old scaffolders with 3 x wife,s and no where to live, not pot to piss in and a boy friend called Leroy lol.

Have your good list and bad list.. .. you know the rest..
