This photo shows a scaffolder dismantling a scaffold with no edge protection in place, not wearing a harness and therefore not clipped on. A Prohibition Notice wasn't served on the scaffolding company as the scaffolder got his harness and clipped on. A Prohibition Notice was served on the Principal Contractor as the scaffold was being dismantled right next to a very busy road and insufficient measures were taken to segregate the public from the area where the scaffold was being dismantled

I know he's doing fook all, but he is the one that is working safely. No risk of a fall leaning on the hand rail!
