Thats just a bodge job pure and simple , looks like one standards on the wrong side of the ledger as well.
 
I recognise that colour tube it's Amber's- nice to see even a nasc company sometimes get it wrong lol
 
It never ceases to amaze me how may lads really cant base out something as simple as that.

Some jobs I've been on in my time, they'd have been as well as decking it with ply and covering the gaps with boards. :laugh::laugh:
