It is sad to watch innocent , Hard working individuals be subject to potential redundancy for immoral reasons !

Please get on board this conversation .....

Companies are now restructuring their business to clean out direct employees and employ temporary labour via agency.

I Sincerely hope that the individuals promoting this for the fat cat directors ' become victim of such instance in due course themselves .

Phenomenal to watch companies encourage employees to work to a maximum to achieve a bigger level of vulnerability on themselves as a reward !!!!!

Your right there my friend, this subject has cropped up before and caused my a ripple through the organisation, especially when some of the bigger members were struggling to comply...I heard there was a massive ding dong at one Southern Regional meeting...Then of course its nicely swept under the carpet...typical NASC....Scaffold Association all the way for us...

Getting back on thread...There really needs to be a push for Direct Employment, gives the lads the rights they deserve, security and levels the playing field for us who have to compete with the companies that under cut you as they don't have the same overheads by employing lads on a supposed "Self Employed" basis....
