Hi I am Adam Smallridge co founder of the scaff list app I am just writing to pass on information about our app which is aimed at scaffolders. The scaff list not only stores a list to build a scaffold job but can store hundreds of files in hundreds of folders. All scaff lists can be stored with photo attachments which can be sent, saved or printed with the press of a button. The scaff list also calculates weight which makes life easier for ordering scaffold gear, quoting jobs, crane lifts and most importantly if an exact weight needs to be determined for a specific job example a job on a platform which can only hold 1 tonne etc. We have some posters which we'd like to send you so you can have a look, can put up on notice boards or in training rooms. Why do you need The scaff list app?

Bloody Hell!!! It must be good even Phil Collins has it.
 
It's contains weights for boards tube layher cup lock and couple I haven't heard of, didn't know a 4m layher standard weighed 19 odd kilos ( it's says approx but forgot lol) only had a brief butchers but so far so good :bigsmile:

From what can tell its a list basically say if u need to get some gear out you put it In and it tells u the weight of your load, haven't really gone thru it but it appears the days of writing on the Back of a newspaper and phoning it in later have gone I think u can send it off to the yard too( don't know how yet but that what it's says on the tin) 21 century rocks dude :amazed::laugh:

I have a programme on my laptop that tells you the weight of every single scaffold component that has ever been invented and even some that haven't been invented yet.
It also contains columns for labour so you can enter how long it takes your average scaffolder to put on a fitting, erect a metre of tube or lay boards. you can also enter the hourly rate you are charging, what material was in a particular job or project and whether you make a profit or loss on your labour norms.. Its amazing. Please send offers in sealed envelopes

Just arrived back on Planet Chaos -would not dream of changing Programme amounts , to many obstacles or patent probs may face.
 
This reminds me of the story of the American's investing millions on developing a special new type of ink that they could use in their pens in space that wouldn't be affected by zero gravity. The Russian's used a pencil.
Solving a problem that doesn't really exist with this one IMO lads.
