That cheered me up. We've got a Safety Officer who put Barrier tape around some churned up grass and mud so we wouldn't walk through it He wouldn't be out of place with that clown.
 
I felt sorry for the guy, if it went down the other way there would have been hell on. So he is a safety guy, so he got it wrong, who hasn't?
