The Looters Prayer

Here's an idea of what to do with the Rioters.......never mind National Service etc......Put them with a 'Street Gang' on a Tower Block :D

Chaining up 21's and Boards......pulling up on the Rope and Wheel......see how much 'spect they have then?.......and no energy left for looting
 
too much common sense there charlie.you will probably find that they get wrapped up in cotton wool and treated with respect,and given courses on streetdancing to help them get on in life
