A newbie with a bit of potential. where would you start?
Terminology ..labouring:wondering:
 
Yeah, pretty much as you say then give him a belt as soon as.
 
show him me and Phil's list of requirements to be a scaffolder, good starting point, won't go far wrong if he follows that list, its all there. Alternatively, there are some useful training videos on youtube, should staircase scaffolds be your thing .
 
Service those fittings, band them boards, and paint that tube

Lesson number one, two rolls n sausage and a tea, milk and one sugar.
See how they manage with that before you move on to the technical end of the spectrum.:nuts:
 
See if they send that same fuc.ked double back up in the next bucket that you lobbed off earlier. If they do then they are **** takers and will definitely make a scaffolder.
