Surveyor / Estimator - Leeds, SAY Scaffolding Ltd
DESCRIPTION
New opportinity for a Surveyor / Estimator to join out team.
Your role would be prodominatley looking after the comercial aspects for the company, doing the Surveying for:
The prepartion and distribution of customer applications for payment
Commercial Risk assessment and completion of contrcat documents
Attending pre-start & client meetings
Monitoring cost to value return
Collecting monies and managing cashflow
Agreeing account resolution
When estimating you will be required to:
Interpret clients specifications / requirements from drawings
Organise and undertake site visits & surveys
Prepare detailed and accurate customer quotations
Price variations on existing contracts
Follow up sales leads
The succesfull candidate will be offered a good salary package, including company car and mobile phone.
