Summer Scaffolders Games!!

I am trying to set up this in a venue in Cornwall next year!!

Need help do we do it or not.

It will be a SCCR event but the forum is part a major part of this & faces to names & all that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :p:toung::D

Mate, if this is some sort of scaffolders olympics have you considered insurance and the fact that you won't get any?
 
I would put a squad together for this event , sounds excellent but need dates we are all offshore and on different platforms . Glasgow to Cornwall aint that far .
There must be a disclaimer of some sort , health and safety bo77ocks again .

Sorry Phill yes you are right, it will be sorted right, candy floss hemp etc.

No all joking apart may not be the games it used to be but if the local rugby club can have real tigers in a make shift cage I think we can get some sort of games going.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It shall be in AOB at the HSE meeting see what they want us to include!!!

i dont see how or why the hse need get involved,we as scaffolders know the dangers and problems involved,we have to deal with them on a daily basis.im sure they dont need involving.it will end up having an handrail each side of the seventeen rung ladder.they dont have as much sxxte in the real olympics,:D
 
Knowing scaffolders as i do all too well . The inscurance wont be a problem . Security will . Put alcohol and scaffolders from different areas together and you get one big punch up .not complaining like and it sounds fun . But no alcohol = no scaffolders and alcohol = stitches .

dont think we should invite the women to this 1.lol. Sum might drink us under the tables.

i no we ante had the trainning ragscaff but can the ecitb come lmfao.
 
we could sit in the corner with the bricklayers no one likes them either you could throw
wet sponges at us. lol.
 
Or I could give the correct training at the level you are at & then include you!!!!
